Mount Pleasant Bus Amenities Built Around Your Trip
Not every bus is the same — and the right amenities depend entirely on what kind of trip you're running. A 25-passenger party bus headed to a bachelorette night on King Street typically comes with perimeter seating, color-changing LED lighting, a built-in sound system with Bluetooth, and flat-panel TVs. A minibus running a wedding shuttle circuit between Boone Hall Plantation and a downtown Charleston hotel block comes with reclining seats and serious climate control — which matters in South Carolina summers.
For longer hauls or large corporate groups, charter buses add undercarriage storage bays for luggage and onboard restrooms so the group isn't making pit stops on I-526. Compare amenities side by side using the online form, or call 912-761-9170 and a support team member can walk you through what's available.

Find the Right Party Bus for Your Mount Pleasant Group
Here's what makes this site different: Savannahpartybuscompany.com doesn't own any buses. That's actually the best part. Because it's not tied to a single fleet, you're not stuck with whatever one company happens to have available on your date.
Instead, you compare options from multiple transportation companies serving Mount Pleasant, see different vehicle types and price points side by side, and find what fits — all from one form or one phone call.
That matters most when your date is competitive. Think about a Saturday in October during fall wedding season in the Charleston area, or a weekend when a major event at Patriots Point or the TD Arena has every rideshare in the city surging. Having access to a network rather than a single company means you've got real options instead of a waitlist.
And unlike calling company after company and describing your trip from scratch each time — date, headcount, pickup, drop-off, hours — you do it once here and compare. No callbacks, no pressure. Just pricing.
Call 912-761-9170 any time, 365 days a year, or use the online form for instant results.
Mount Pleasant Party Bus & Group Transportation Services
From airport shuttles and wedding circuits to prom nights and Lowcountry brewery crawls, Savannahpartybuscompany.com helps groups of every size find the right bus for any occasion in Mount Pleasant and across the greater Charleston area. Here's a look at what's available — call 912-761-9170 to get started.

Mount Pleasant Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Airport group transportation out of Mount Pleasant almost always means Charleston International Airport (CHS) (5500 International Blvd, North Charleston, SC 29418), about 16 miles from central Mount Pleasant via I-526 West. That drive is fine on a Tuesday morning — and a crawl on a Saturday afternoon when every leisure traveler in the Lowcountry is heading home. For groups of 10 or more with luggage, coordinating a rideshare convoy or renting multiple cars becomes a real headache fast, especially when someone's flight lands 45 minutes late and the whole pickup plan falls apart.
A charter bus or minibus solves the sequencing problem: the group gathers once, boards once, and rolls to the terminal together. Once you've landed and luggage is collected, have your group coordinator reach out through the contact info provided with your booking to confirm everyone is ready curbside before the bus moves to the pickup lane. The airport's official ground transportation page has current curbside pickup guidelines worth reviewing before arrival day.
Call 912-761-9170 to lock in your CHS airport shuttle.

Mount Pleasant Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
The Lowcountry bachelor and bachelorette circuit is legitimately great — and it sprawls in ways that make a bus the obvious call. A full night might start with cocktails at a rooftop bar on King Street, move to dinner in the French Quarter, hit a late-night spot on Market Street, and cap off at a venue in North Charleston — crossing the Ravenel Bridge at least twice before midnight. Coordinating that across multiple rideshares means someone always ends up in the wrong car, someone always pays too much, and someone always gets separated.
A Mount Pleasant bachelorette party bus seating 15 to 50 keeps the whole group together, moving on your schedule rather than a rideshare algorithm's. LED lighting, a sound system, and perimeter seating mean the party doesn't pause between stops. Call 912-761-9170 to build your Lowcountry night out around the right bus.

Mount Pleasant Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A birthday party bus rental in Mount Pleasant is one of the most popular uses of the network — and it's easy to see why. Whether the night involves dinner at Shem Creek, a trip across the bridge to a downtown Charleston venue, or a multi-stop celebration across the East Cooper area, a party bus turns the transportation itself into part of the event. For Sweet 16 and quinceañera groups, a 20- or 25-passenger party bus with LED lighting and a custom playlist makes the arrival as memorable as anything that happens at the venue.
Venue options in the area include the Boone Hall Plantation event spaces (1235 Long Point Rd, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464) and various waterfront venues along Shem Creek — all of which fill fast on weekend dates during spring and fall. Book with enough lead time to get the vehicle size and night you want. Call 912-761-9170 to check availability.

Mount Pleasant Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Most major concerts near Mount Pleasant happen at venues across the bridge in Charleston — and crossing the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge on an event night is where casual carpools turn into genuine headaches. The North Charleston Coliseum & Performing Arts Center (5001 Coliseum Dr, North Charleston, SC 29418) pulls capacity crowds for touring artists and major shows, with parking on site but approach roads that clog early on big nights. The Credit One Stadium (161 Seven Farms Drive, Charleston, SC 29492) on Daniel Island hosts outdoor amphitheater concerts where late-exit traffic on I-526 can tack 30–45 minutes onto what should be a 15-minute drive home.
A Mount Pleasant concert bus rental means your group pre-games together, gets dropped at the venue entrance, and has a ride already confirmed when the show ends — no surge pricing, no scattering into separate cars. Call 912-761-9170 to price out a concert shuttle for your group.

Mount Pleasant Corporate Event Transportation
Mount Pleasant has become a legitimate corporate destination — the Town Centre area along Johnnie Dodds Boulevard hosts offices, hotels, and meeting facilities, and the bridge to Charleston puts the Gaillard Center, the Francis Marion Hotel, and the convention facilities at the Charleston Area Convention Center (5001 Coliseum Dr, North Charleston, SC 29418) within 20–30 minutes. Moving an executive team or conference group across that corridor without everyone arriving in waves and at different times is the challenge.
A corporate event minibus or charter bus keeps the whole group on one timeline: same pickup, same arrival, same departure window. For teams with presentation equipment or heavy luggage, charter buses with undercarriage bays handle the gear without anyone checking bags into overhead bins. A Sprinter van works well for smaller executive transfers between the Charleston airport and waterfront hotel blocks.
Call 912-761-9170 to discuss group rates and custom shuttle circuits for your corporate event.

Mount Pleasant Private Event Transportation Services
Family reunions, church retreats, milestone celebrations, and large private gatherings in the Mount Pleasant area often involve venues spread across the East Cooper peninsula — Boone Hall Plantation, Palmetto Islands County Park, the IOP Recreation Center on Isle of Palms — places that are genuinely spread out and not easy to access by rideshare late at night or in poor weather. A private charter bus rental keeps the entire guest list on one itinerary rather than scattering people across a half-dozen cars.
The Lowcountry's outdoor event season peaks in spring (March–May) and fall (September–November), when temperatures cooperate and venues fill up every weekend. Those are also the months when transportation demand spikes hardest across the Charleston metro. If your private event falls on a busy weekend, booking 3–4 months out is the right move.
Call 912-761-9170 to put together a custom shuttle plan.

Mount Pleasant Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in the Charleston metro — typically late April through mid-May — is the single busiest stretch of the year for party bus demand across Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island, and the surrounding East Cooper communities. Wando High School (1000 Warrior Way, Mount Pleasant, SC 29466), Oceanside Collegiate Academy, and other area schools hold their events within a tight 4–6 week window, and every party bus in the network gets spoken for fast.
For prom: book by January to lock in the vehicle your group actually wants at a price that makes sense. Waiting until March means premium pricing and a shorter list of available buses. Homecoming and prom bus rentals are available for any group size — call 912-761-9170 now to hold your date before it's gone.

Mount Pleasant School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and trip coordinators in Mount Pleasant have strong options within a short drive — the Charleston Museum (360 Meeting St, Charleston, SC 29403), the oldest museum in America, is about 25 minutes across the bridge. The Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum (40 Patriots Point Rd, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464) is right here in town — home to the USS Yorktown — with ample bus parking on site and no bridge crossing required. South Carolina Aquarium (100 Aquarium Wharf, Charleston, SC 29401) is a perennial favorite for younger grades.
A school field trip charter bus handles the logistics that yellow school buses can't — overhead storage, climate control for summer and fall trips, and enough room for a full class without anyone getting left at a trailhead. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — mention it when you request your quote. Call 912-761-9170 to confirm a bus for your school trip date.

Mount Pleasant Sporting Event Transportation
The biggest sports draw near Mount Pleasant is Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park (360 Fishburne St, Charleston, SC 29403), home of the Charleston RiverDogs, located on the Charleston peninsula about 25 minutes from central Mount Pleasant on a good traffic day. Weekend games during the April–September season pack the stadium and the surrounding Wagener Terrace neighborhood — street parking fills up fast, and the meter zones on Fishburne Street and Rutledge Avenue fill even faster.
A sporting event party bus rental out of Mount Pleasant means your group crosses the bridge together, gets dropped at the ballpark entrance, and doesn't spend 40 minutes circling the peninsula for a parking spot after the final out. For Clemson or South Carolina game-day trips — about 2–2.5 hours from Mount Pleasant — a charter bus makes far more sense than a caravan on I-26. Call 912-761-9170 to build your game-day plan.

Mount Pleasant Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
The Charleston area is one of the Southeast's top wedding destinations, and Mount Pleasant venues like Boone Hall Plantation (1235 Long Point Rd, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464) book 12–18 months out on prime spring and fall weekends. Boone Hall's approach down the live oak avenue is iconic — and completely impractical for 80 guests trying to navigate it independently in rental cars after a cocktail hour. A Mount Pleasant wedding shuttle runs a clean loop: hotel block pickup, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, hotel return.
Nobody has to figure out Lowcountry two-lane roads after dark.
A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is a natural fit for the wedding party itself on the day-of, while a 35-passenger minibus handles the guest shuttle circuit efficiently. For waterfront reception venues along Shem Creek or on Isle of Palms, route the bus in advance — narrow beach roads have real clearance limits for larger coaches. Call 912-761-9170 to plan your wedding transportation timeline.

Mount Pleasant Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Lowcountry brewery scene has expanded quickly, and a Mount Pleasant pub crawl now has real range. Edmund's Oast Brewing Co. (1505 King St, Charleston, SC 29405) anchors the upper King Street corridor with a strong beer list and a kitchen worth stopping for. Holy City Brewing (1021 Aragon Ave, North Charleston, SC 29405) runs one of the area's largest taprooms, with a lush, mural-lined outdoor beer garden and a live music lineup on weekend evenings.
Revelry Brewing (10 Conroy St, Charleston, SC 29403) adds a rooftop bar with waterfront views into the mix.
A Lowcountry brewery crawl bus rental keeps the whole group together across three or four stops without anyone drawing straws for who stays sober. The route is handled — your group just moves. Call 912-761-9170 to set up your crawl itinerary.

How much does a party bus cost in Mount Pleasant?
Party bus rental prices in Mount Pleasant vary based on vehicle size, date, and hours. As a general planning range, minibuses run roughly $200–$275 per hour; a 25-passenger party bus runs $250–$375 per hour; charter buses for larger groups land around $200–$350 per hour. Weekend rates and peak-season dates — fall wedding season, prom weekends, major Charleston events — tend to run at the higher end of those ranges.
For exact pricing on your specific date and itinerary, call 912-761-9170 or use the online form. Pricing takes about a minute to get.
How far in advance should I book a party bus in Mount Pleasant?
For most events, 6–8 weeks of lead time gives you solid vehicle selection. For peak periods — prom season (April–May), fall wedding weekends (September–November), and any weekend tied to a major Charleston-area event — 3–6 months out is the smarter target. Boone Hall Plantation weekends in October, for instance, are some of the most competitive dates in the entire metro.
The earlier you call, the more options you have at a price that fits. Call 912-761-9170 now to lock in your date.
Where do buses drop off at Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum?
Patriots Point (40 Patriots Point Rd, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464) has on-site parking with enough space to accommodate charter buses and minibuses — one of the more straightforward drop-off situations in the area. The main entrance is off Patriots Point Road right off the Coleman Boulevard corridor. For school groups and large private tours, it's worth contacting Patriots Point's group coordinator directly at (843) 884-2727 to confirm the current bus staging area and any advance coordination needed for your visit date.
Does crossing the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge affect bus routing?
Yes — and it's the single most important piece of local logistics to know before you plan a Mount Pleasant group trip. The Ravenel Bridge is the only direct vehicle crossing between Mount Pleasant and the Charleston peninsula, and on event nights, game days, and Friday/Saturday evenings in season, eastbound traffic backing up toward Coleman Boulevard is genuinely slow. A bus handles this the same as a car — it still crosses the bridge — but it means you should build extra time into your departure window for any evening trip that crosses into Charleston.
Your bus isn't stuck in traffic while someone's driving and everyone else is anxious. The group is together, the route is handled, and you leave early enough to arrive on time.
Can a bus drop off at Boone Hall Plantation for a wedding or event?
Boone Hall Plantation (1235 Long Point Rd, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464) accommodates buses for weddings and private events, but approach logistics depend on your specific event setup — the iconic avenue of oaks leading to the main house is narrow, and larger coaches may need to stage off Long Point Road. Contact Boone Hall's event coordination team at (843) 884-4371 well in advance to confirm current bus staging instructions for your event date. For weddings, a 35-passenger minibus tends to be easier to maneuver on the property than a full 56-passenger charter bus.
What's the best vehicle for a small group crossing to downtown Charleston?
For groups of 10–20 making a dinner-and-night-out run from Mount Pleasant to King Street or the French Quarter, a 15–35 passenger minibus is typically the right call — more maneuverable on Charleston's narrow downtown streets, easier to stage on side streets while the group is at a venue, and often more cost-effective than a full charter bus for a smaller headcount. For groups larger than 30, a charter bus handles the crossing and the downtown drop without issues, though the staging area needs to be pre-planned. Call 912-761-9170 and a support team member can help match your group size to the right vehicle.
Popular Mount Pleasant Party Bus Destinations
Mount Pleasant sits at the center of one of the most destination-rich corridors in the Southeast — from Patriots Point and Shem Creek right in town to the beaches of Isle of Palms and the venues of downtown Charleston just across the bridge. Here are six destinations that groups book buses to most often.

Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum
Patriots Point (40 Patriots Point Rd, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464) anchors the Mount Pleasant waterfront with the USS Yorktown — a full-scale aircraft carrier open for tours — along with a destroyer and submarine on site. It's one of the area's top school group destinations and a popular stop for military reunions and large private tours. The facility sits directly off Coleman Boulevard and the Ravenel Bridge approach, which makes it unusually accessible for buses.
On-site parking accommodates charter buses and minibuses, and the waterfront views of the Charleston harbor and skyline make it a genuinely dramatic arrival point for any group. Contact Patriots Point at (843) 884-2727 for group tour scheduling and current bus staging guidelines.

Shem Creek
Shem Creek is the social center of Mount Pleasant — a stretch of waterfront restaurants, oyster bars, and rooftop decks running along the creek off Coleman Boulevard and Mill Street. Venues like The Wreck of the Richard & Charlene, Page's Okra Grill, and Saltwater Cowboys all cluster within a short walk of each other, making it a natural multi-stop destination for birthday groups, bachelorette nights, and post-event dinners. Parking along the creek on weekend evenings is notoriously limited — the Mill Street lot fills by 7pm on Friday and Saturday nights in season.
A party bus staging nearby while your group works through the Shem Creek stops is far easier than rotating cars in and out of a full lot all night.

Isle of Palms
Isle of Palms sits about 10 miles east of central Mount Pleasant via SC-703, and the beach town draws hard during spring and summer — particularly for bachelorette weekends, family reunions, and weekend rentals that gather 20–40 people at a vacation house. The Wild Dunes Resort (5757 Palm Blvd, Isle of Palms, SC 29451) hosts weddings and private events with waterfront reception spaces that book out on peak weekends. Getting a group of 30 from a Shem Creek dinner to an Isle of Palms rental house and back at 2am is exactly the kind of multi-leg trip that doesn't work in rideshares.
A party bus handles it in one move. Note that Palm Boulevard narrows in spots and beach road clearances should be confirmed for full-size coaches. Call 912-761-9170 to plan the route.

Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park (The Joe)
The Joe (360 Fishburne St, Charleston, SC 29403) is home to the Charleston RiverDogs, the Yankees' Low-A affiliate, and it's one of the most lovable minor league ballparks in the country. The stadium sits in the Wagener Terrace neighborhood on the Charleston peninsula, about 25 minutes from Mount Pleasant without traffic. On weekend nights during the April–September season, the streets around Fishburne and Rutledge Avenue fill up fast — metered street parking hits capacity before first pitch on popular promotion nights.
A group bus drops your group at the ballpark entrance and picks up at the same spot after the final out, skipping the post-game parking lot scramble entirely. Call 912-761-9170 to price out a RiverDogs charter for your group.

Boone Hall Plantation
Boone Hall Plantation (1235 Long Point Rd, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464) is one of the oldest working plantations in the country and one of the most-photographed wedding and event venues in the Southeast. The three-quarter-mile avenue of 250-year-old live oaks leading to the main house is its defining feature — and also a logistical factor, since the road is narrow and buses should coordinate staging with the venue in advance. Boone Hall also hosts the Lowcountry Strawberry Festival in spring and the Carolina Pumpkin Festival in October, both of which draw significant crowds and turn Long Point Road into a slow-moving line on event days.
For festival days, arriving by bus from a central Mount Pleasant staging point is genuinely easier than individual cars. Contact Boone Hall at (843) 884-4371 for current group and event logistics.

King Street, Charleston
King Street is the spine of the Charleston peninsula — restaurants, rooftop bars, boutiques, and music venues running from Calhoun Street down through the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood. For Mount Pleasant groups doing a night out, King Street is the most common destination: dinner at one end, drinks at the other, with enough stops in between to fill a full evening. Street parking on King is metered and scarce on weekend nights; the nearest garages (the Wentworth Street Parking Garage, the Marion Square Garage) fill quickly after 7pm during the busy season.
A party bus or minibus stages on a nearby side street while the group moves through the block, then picks everyone up at a confirmed spot at end of night — no one's hunting for the car they parked six blocks away at 11pm. Call 912-761-9170 to lock in your King Street night.
